Roy Loomis is the lowest form of pond scum to slither the bowels of hell, regardless of his attempt at a false face. As executor of my mothers estate, he was caught stealing from her while she was still alive. When confronted with a mysterious $20,000. withdrawal by him from her account, one of many, he quivered with the excuse "he needed to move the money to his account so he could pay back another family member, Gregg Loomis, for money laid out. Pure B.S., and that's on top of the usual 6K a month for my mothers care.
My mother, Phyllis Loomis wanted to live her remaining few years in her Scarsdale NY condo, she had more than enough money to do so. Roy and Gregg Loomis, AGAINST HER WILL, ramrodded her into a bargain basement retirement home where she soon after died. Roy's motive was her money. One episode of his demonic deeds was when he DELIBERATELY planted her condo keys in her old age home room, quoting Roy Loomis, " so I hope she finds them and tries to go back so I can use that behavior as evidence against her" forcing her to stay at the old age home.
Both Gregg and Roy where clearly looting her estate even before she was gone and less spent on her meant more for them. Roy's desperation in part comes from his failing Cherrybrook Pet Supply business which has lost large amounts of money since his purchase of the company. Roy also violated the law by not correcting a disbursement edit order by Phyllis Loomis to do so, telling her it was done when in fact it was not, proving more of the estate to him. A Satanic Low Life who will pay for his sins and crimes soon enough. Roy Loomis is aliar, thief, and lowest form os scum on earth.
